- Le Couvent des Minimes has been a place for the cultivation and study of plants for around three hundred years. Most recently Franciscan sisters cultivated the terraced gardens but in 2008, a new chapter began. Le Couvent des Minimes was transformed into a peaceful, indulgent haven with L'Occitane's first spa.
- This exceptional site of several acres comprises an aromatic garden, a pleasure garden, and a kitchen garden and is completely dedicated to aromatic and classic plants of Mediterranean and Provencal fragrances. In fact, one of the latest fragrances to be bottled for l'Occitane is the orange oil of Le Couvent des Minimes.

- Beyond the spa Le Couvent des Minimes has an outdoor swimming pool, floodlit tennis court and touring bicycles, and we hear, one of the most beautiful and best situated boule courts in the whole of Provence. For golfers, there is the 'Golf du Luberon' just 20 kilometres from the hotel.
