What is this?

This is a sealed-bid selling system, which means that you can’t see what anyone else offers and , no one else can see your offer.

There are two types of auction:

1. The High Bid auctions, where the highest bid placed wins, but with a twist…

and

2. The LOW Bid auctions where the lowest unique bid wins...

Bids are non- binding

• You can still turn it down if your bid wins

Multiple winners

• On most High Bid items there is a Secret Price above which every bid wins, so even if you don’t place the highest bid, you can sometimes win anyway.

If you win

• We will contact you by phone and by email. And if you don’t win you will often have another chance to bid again.

Entry Fees

• There is an entry fee of £5 per bid in the High Bid auction (with discounts for multiple bids) and variable fees from £3 per bid in the Low Bid auction.
