How it works |
- Should one decide to go on the trip of a lifetime, naturally one should go with the best.
- You will be the guests of the Tiger Mountain Group, who are, quite simply, the original and best in the business. Previously, they have arranged the 4-day 'Royal Trek' section of this package for HRH the Prince of Wales. And, we gather Hillary Clinton and Steven Segal did something similar (though not, one imagines, all at the same time).
- This luxury, five-star experience is popular with famous people and those who find exotic beach holidays a bit 'ho-hum'. Basically, the idea is to hike through some of the most breathtaking scenery in the world while other people carry all your stuff and pander to your every whim.
- We at Auctionair are huge fans of the Tiger Mountain Group and we have featured our fantastic 10-day version of this package for many years. This time, however, the package is for a full two weeks (14 days) instead.
- Why? Well, a number of Auctionair bidders have been trekking in Nepal through us and they absolutely adored it, except for one complaint... it wasn't long enough!
So here you have the newest, longer version, exclusively designed for and by Auctionair Bidders!
- Right, pay attention, this will be your itinerary:
- Day 1: Arrive Kathmandu. Transfer to Hotel Soaltee Crown Plaza where you will overnight.
- Day 2: Take an optional breathtaking mountain flight over the Himalayas in the morning and in the afternoon, sightseeing of such places as Kathmandu City and Swayambhunath, Patan City and the Tibetan Refugee Camp. Overnight at Hotel Soaltee Crown Plaza.
- Day 3: In the morning: sightseeing tour of Pashupatinath and Bodhnath.
In the afternoon: sightseeing tour of Bhaktapur city and Thimi and overnight at Hotel Soaltee Crown Plaza.
- Day 4: Transfer to airport. Fly Kathmandu / Pokhara where you will be met by a sherpa team and start your 4 day royal trek to Bhudi. Tonight you're camping.
- Day 5: Trek to President camp. Overnight camping.
- Day 6: Trek to Tashi's Camp. Overnight camping.
- Day 7: End your trek at Khare and drive to Tiger Mountain Pokhara Lodge where you will overnight.
- Day 8: Jungle activities and overnight at Tiger Mountain Pokhara Lodge.
- Day 9: Drive to Seti river where you will start a 1 night/ 2 day Seti river raft trip. Overnight camping.
- Day 10: Your rafting adventure comes to an end and you drive to Tiger Tops.
Jungle activities and overnight at Tiger Tops Jungle Lodge.
- Day 11: Jungle activities and overnight at Tiger Tops Jungle Lodge.
- Day 12: Jungle activities and overnight at Tharu Lodge.
- Day 13: Transfer and fly from Bharatpur to Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel Soaltee Crown Plaza where you will overnight.
- Day 14: Transfer to airport for onward flight home and start writing long list of people who are going to sit through your fantastic snaps whether they darn-well like it or not!

LOT DEFINITION
- This Lot is a 14 Day itinerary of Nepal incorporating a 4 day Royal Tour, for two people sharing.
INCLUDES
- All arrival and departure transfers involved in the program in non a/c car.
- 4 nights stay at Hotel Soaltee Crown Plaza on BB sharing double/twin room basis.
- 3 nights / 4 days exclusive Royal trek inclusive of all meals cooked by our sherpa team, trekking equipment, service of sherpa guide, porters, cooks etc.
- 2 nights stay at Tiger Mountain Pokhara Lodge on sharing double/twin room basis with all meals and activities.
- 1 night / 2 days Seti river raft trip all inclusive.
- 3 nights stay at Tiger Tops; 2 nights at Jungle Lodge and 1 night at Tharu Lodge on sharing double/twin room basis with all meals and jungle activities.
- 2 full day sightseeing tour in Kathmandu as specified in the program with English speaking guide in non a/c car.
EXCLUDES
- Lunches and dinners in Kathmandu.
- Items of a personal nature such as bar bills, laundry, telephone calls, tips, etc.
- All flights.

- Prices for flights, internal transfers and park fees may change unexpectedly due to foreign exchange fluctuations in Nepal.Auctionair reserves the right to charge extra if this occurs at time of reservation.
- Cancellation fees will be payable if reservations are made and later cancelled.
