BLUE’s own ‘Water Bar’ downstairs has been listed by Conde Nast Traveller as one of the ‘Top 10 Bars in the World’ and is a favourite drinking spot amongst the beautiful people of Sydney (Auctionair types fit right in). And do try one of the cocktails – we’re told they’re killer, which might account for the bar’s vast banquettes and ottomans upon which you’re welcome to languish.
Meanwhile, Sydney is bright and sparkling on your doorstep. The city offers fantastic shopping, a great café culture, with the weather to match plus cosmopolitan eating in every kind of setting. In fact, BLUE is surrounded by some of Sydney’s best restaurants.
