- This nifty camera is a departure for Nikon. It fills that gap between their flagship EXPEED digitals, like the higher priced (and also new) P5100 and the much smaller cameras at the baby end of the Coolpix family.
- The P50 is built to look and feel like its bigger brother the P5100 but it is lighter, a keener price and happily it still has Nikon's signature EXPEED processing engine for great performance. Basically, the Nikon Coolpix P50 is a little powerhouse of a camera packed into a classic look body with solid grip.
