• The Pass is a place where the ‘chef’s table’ concept has been taken to a whole new level.  The layout allows everyone to be closely involved in the drama and creations of Head Chef, Matt Gillan and his brigade.

• Your dinner will also include a delicious bottle of Nyetimber – England’s own sparkling wine, grown in West Sussex vineyards.
   
• Replete and entirely content, you will then wander back to your magnificent bedroom.  South Lodge has recently undergone a major investment programme which has lifted it to giddy new heights in five-star country house hotel luxury.
