- Or just sip bubbly in the onboard Jacuzzi whilst watching the sun sink below the Med?

Nick of Time is a beautiful Maiora 24S. She offers an ideal place to spend a few days properly getting away in comfort and in great style. Her outdoor spaces are especially good for a 24m yacht, with three very different dining areas: inside, outside on the main deck and on the fly.
She also has endless sunbathing areas, (we count five) including a great spot on the front of the boat which can be especially enjoyable while cruising. Of course, if it all becomes too much, you can go inside to chill in the saloon, or pick from the kitchen (don’t tell the cook).

Nick of Time has four comfortable cabins, two doubles and two twins. She has a crew of three, including the captain, the cook and a deckhand.
She is 24m in all, with a 6m beam and a draft of 1.6m. She has two 1500hp MTU inboard engines and can cruise at 23knots (max speed of 26 knots) and she carries 9,800 litres of fuel. Her water tanks hold 2,000 litres.

The winning bid will secure exclusive charter for five nights and will board at Cap d’Ail Port (on the edge of Monaco) where she is moored. You can plan your own itinerary (subject to weather and the captain’s confirmation). You pay in addition for food, drink and fuel used. Your mooring in Cap d’Ail is included, so you could plan trips by day or if you do go further afield, you would also pay for other overnight moorings.
It may be possible to extend your charter for another two days up to a week if you wish. This can be confirmed at the time you make your reservation.
You can take your 5 day during any of the dates stipulated in the Boring But Important section below in 2012 or 2013.

- This Lot is for five nights charter of Nick of Time departing from Cap d’Ail Port.

Available dates to book:
2012: September 24^th – September 30^th and October 1^st – October 7^th
2013: April 8th – October 15th 2013 (subject to availability: Notice of 30 days for reservation required)

INCLUDED:
- Lot payment includes daily rate for charter inclusive of crew and mooring in Cap d’Ail.
- Accommodation for up to 8 people in 4 double cabins. Two doubles and two twins.
- Crew of three - including cook
- Insurance of the vessel and its crew
- Nick of Time departs from and returns to Cap d’Ail Port (on the edge of Monaco)
- Customers plan their own itinerary subject to weather and captain's confirmation

SURCHARGES:
- Advanced Provisioning Account of Euro 500 a day for food and drink and Euro 500 a day for fuel will be required before departure and a surety bond of Euro 1,000 for whole charter will be required (which will be refunded at the end of the charter).
- Extensions up to another 2 nights at the same pro rata rate as your winning bid may be possible to arrange subject to availability and can be confirmed with Auctionair when you make your reservation.

NOT INCLUDED:
- Flights and transfers to and from airports
- Dockside mooring
- Any visas or permits
- Personal travel insurance
- Any items of a personal nature, including gratuities for the crew and tours
